Benjamin Chen-Zorn is a corporate finance and M&A professional with a strong background in sell-side execution and transaction advisory across the European small- and mid-cap segment. He began his career in Leveraged & Acquisition Finance at Erste Group and Deal Advisory at KPMG Austria, gaining early exposure to financing structures and complex transaction situations.

He subsequently moved into M&A advisory, working on Large Cap M&A at Commerzbank before focusing on the mid-market as an Analyst at CFC Corporate Finance Contor and Associate at Sollors & Co. in Hamburg, where he advised founders, shareholders and family-owned businesses on sell-side processes and debt advisory mandates. At CAPVIA, Benjamin advises owners and shareholders on structured transaction execution and investor processes.
